Trade Supplier
Before your call

A useful conversation.Not a sales performance.

A focused discussion with Kyle or Joe about your area, the jobs you want and whether your team has room to grow.

The agenda

Three things to establish.

01

Area

Your postcodes, travel radius and any overlap with an existing client.

02

Capacity

The surveys you can attend and installations you can realistically deliver.

03

Economics

Job values, margins, close rates and what an additional booked job is worth.

Bring what you know

Your numbers. Not a presentation.

  • Your main postcode areas and maximum travel distance
  • The job types you want more of — and those you don’t
  • Average job value and an approximate gross margin
  • How many surveys turn into jobs, if you track it
  • Available fitting slots over the next few weeks
  • Current advertising spend and who handles new enquiries
  • No exact figures yet? Estimates are fine for the first conversation.

Mutual expectations

The right plan starts with an honest fit.

We’ll explain the advertising, brand and diary process in plain terms. You’ll explain how your business surveys, quotes and installs.

If the territory conflicts, the numbers don’t make sense or there’s no capacity, we’ll say so. We won’t promise revenue or recommend spend just to get started.

If there’s a fit, the next step is a scoped plan: area, responsibilities, budget and measures of success. No decision is required on the call.

Practical questions

Before we speak.

Is this a commitment to work together?+

No. The first conversation is to understand the business and establish fit.

Who should join?+

The owner or the person responsible for growth. If someone else runs the diary or quotes, their input can be useful too.

Is my area reserved when I book?+

No. Availability and territory boundaries need to be confirmed with Kyle or Joe.

Let’s look at your business.

Your trade, your territory and the next sensible step.
